About Dina

Dina Tonielli has spent over 29 years in the senior living industry — not as an outside consultant looking in, but as a leader who has worked at every level of the business.

From frontline sales to executive leadership, Dina has seen firsthand what separates communities that thrive from those that struggle. That depth of experience is what she brings to every client engagement.

She founded Dina Tonielli Consulting on a simple belief: that every community is different, and that the best results come from strategy built around your specific people, market, and goals — not a pre-packaged playbook.

Her Approach

Dina doesn’t believe in overnight fixes. She believes in understanding your organization deeply, identifying what’s actually holding you back, and building a clear, executable plan to move forward.

Whether she’s working one-on-one with a sales director, rebuilding a community’s entire marketing strategy, or coaching a regional team through a period of growth, her approach is always the same: listen first, then build.

Areas of Expertise

  • Operational Assessments — comprehensive community audits covering sales process, team, pricing, marketing, and competitive positioning

  • Lease-Up Communities — pre-opening sales strategy, team hiring, pipeline development, and milestone tracking

  • Turnaround Communities — rapid census recovery, root cause analysis, and 90-day action planning

  • Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization — rate card analysis, competitive benchmarking, and incentive structure design

  • Senior Living Sales & Marketing — full-cycle sales support from lead generation to move-in

  • Strategic Planning & Market Positioning — market assessments, operational opportunities, and growth roadmaps

  • Leadership Coaching & Team Development — 1:1 coaching, sales training, and team empowerment at all levels

A Note From Dina

“I started this business because I saw too many talented teams working without the right support. Senior living is a relationship-driven industry — and so is consulting. I take a limited number of clients at a time so I can give each one the attention they deserve. If you’re ready to invest in your team and your community, I’d love to have that conversation.”
